Automated Balancing

Vector Balance is an application used in the task of balancing aerospace and other parts.

It provides the ability to input results from a balancing machine and inform the operator what the nature of unbalance is in the Engine (Rotor) and Tool. It will inform the operator if the Tool Error is within the specified tolerance. It saves this information against a part type and serial number and may be used to view historical results.

Vector Balance allows the user to automate the balancing process. It does this by being the interface that links the Balancing Machine to the CNC Machine Tool.

Vector balance will automatically read the out of balance results from the Balancing Machine. It will then convert these values into machining correction programs that will be automatically uploaded to the CNC Machine Tool.

All process data is then stored, which can be accessed anytime.
